Today, that legacy is evolving into a broader power infrastructure platform.
Our capabilities span transformers, control panels, servo stabilisers, and specialised electrical equipment, supported by manufacturing, engineering, repair, and maintenance capabilities. Based in Bihar, we are building on this foundation to create a stronger regional manufacturing ecosystem with the capability to serve growing industrial and infrastructure needs.

Founder &
Managing director
Er. Sohail Anwar is a Production Engineering graduate from BIT Mesra with over 35 years of experience in the transformer industry. Since 1988, he has built a legacy of engineering excellence, successfully reviving a distressed industrial unit into a debt-free enterprise. An internationally accredited TQM expert by the Asian Productivity Organization (Tokyo), he was selected by the Government of India for advanced manufacturing training at Toyota and has received prestigious national and international recognitions, including the Rashtriya Nirman Ratan Award and appointment to the Government of India's International Panel of Experts. Under his leadership, AMVO Infra Power continues to set benchmarks in quality, reliability, and innovation.

Zain Noorain
Mr. Zain Noorain is an engineering and management professional. As a Director at AMVO Infra Power, he contributes to infrastructure development, technology adoption, and market strategy, supporting scalable and future-ready capabilities.
He holds a B.Tech in Industrial & Production Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA from TAPMI, Manipal. Professionally associated with Infosys as an Associate Consultant in the Manufacturing Domain, he works on digital transformation and strategic initiatives for industrial clients, with prior experience at Tata Motors and Param Investments
DIRECTOR
Zeenat Perween
Coming from a business-oriented background, she has recently taken an active interest in understanding and contributing to the operational and strategic aspects of the business.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Chemistry.
DIRECTOR
Sameeha Anwar
A business and policy professional specializing in strategy, market development, and cross-sector consulting. As Director at AMVO Infra Power, she leads growth, brand positioning, and strategic expansion.

She holds a Master’s in Public Policy & Management from King’s College London and is an Associate of King’s College (AKC). A Gold Medalist and a recipient of the Shri Baljit Shastri Award from Amity University, data-driven approach to business strategy, supported by international exposure
